Dance Health Finland's seminar is aimed at teachers, parents, and everyone working with young dancers and performing artists, as well as the youth themselves. The event is organized in collaboration with the Helsinki International Ballet Competition.

Topics of the seminar:
    •    the physical challenges of the adolescent dancer
    •    how to train smart when issues occur
    •    nutrition and recovery
    •    movement session on the benefits of diverse and systematic training
    •    panel discussion: Rethinking and Living Tradition

The seminar language is English. The seminar venue is the Finnish National Opera and Ballet in Helsinki. You can also attend via Zoom from anywhere in the world. Recording of the seminar will be available for all participants after the event. Please note that the entrance is by registration only.
